Production Time: 3-10 business days. Our apparel is custom made once the order is placed. We cut, print, sew and ship your order within the stated production time, unless we are experiencing a surge in volume. Production time does not include time in transit.
Rush Orders: If you have a special rush order request, please complete your transaction on our website first, then email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and details. We try to accommodate all rush order requests when we can. Special up charges apply to all rush orders.
Cancelled orders: Our apparel is made to order and therefore orders, once placed, cannot be cancelled for any reason.
Time in Transit: We use USPS and packages should arrive within 5-8 business days after they have left our manufacturing facility. International shipments can take up to 14 business days.
International Shipping: Yes, we offer international shipping, once packages leave the US, tracking numbers may not work because of other countries postal systems.
Method of Delivery: We mainly us USPS standard and expediting shipping, should a customer request a faster shipping method. Should you require special shipping instructions, please email us at email@example.com
Tracking: Tracking numbers are emailed from our system automatically once the package leaves our facility.
Print Method: All over dye sublimation, direct to garment printing, screen printing
Manufacturing: All products are printed in the USA in our manufacturing facility to assure top quality.
Bulk Orders: Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to learn about our wholesale and bulk order programs. In order to qualify for bulk order pricing, order quantity must exceed at least 24 units.
Communication: You can expect a reply to any of your questions submitted by email within 48 hours.
Changes To An Order Once Its Been Placed: Send our customer service team an email with your order number and request to email@example.com We will honor changes to quantity, size, shipping address changes only within 12 hours of your order being placed. Change requests 12 hours after the order is placed are not possible due to the fact that the order is already being custom made for you.
Custom Ideas: If you have a concept you would like to see on our apparel, send your design idea to firstname.lastname@example.org We have the ability to print any design submitted so long as the print files are high resolution graphics at least 180 dpi vector images.
Selling Your Designs on the ROCK THE TEE Website: Submit your design via email to email@example.com and if the design is approved, we offer 10% commissions on sales of your design while the image is available on our website. Payments are made during the week following the month the sale occurred via Paypal only.
